Ventura Country Club is a beautiful community where you will be surrounded by many of Florida's most popular family attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and entertainment centers which in the past decade have turned Central Florida into the Vacation Capital of the World!

Each condo unit is 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and are either ground or 2nd floor units with screened-in Patios on the ground floor.  Most ground floor units are also ceramic tile throughout.  Some of our units include a sofa bed to accommodate 5-6 people, and we also have some units with a Queen bed in each bedroom--ideal for two couples.  We also have a 1-bedroom/1-bath unit on the 2nd floor--ideal for one couple, and at a 15% discount from our 2-bedroom rates.

Guests will enjoy these luxury vacation condos with full kitchens and appliances, washer/dryers, linens, cable, free local phone calls, free parking, close to our Heated pool, and the feeling of being safe and secure with 24-hour gated security at all times.

We are ideally located only 10 minutes to airport, 15 minutes to Universal Studios, 25-30 minutes to Sea World and Disney, 45 minutes to Cocoa Beach, and a 1 hour drive to Daytona Beach.

Rates and Policies:

Rates are quite reasonable, as we own our units and pass savings directly to you.

LOW-Season:(May 1 to June 15 and Sept.1 to Nov.15)
$595/week---$795/10days---$1,050/2weeks---$1,300/3weeks---$1,450/month

MID-Season:(June 15 to Aug.31 and Nov.15 to Dec.15)
$650/week--$900/10days--$1,200/2weeks---$1,450/3weeks---$1,600/month

HIGH-Season:(Dec.15 to April 30)
$695/week--$950/10days--$1,300/2weeks---$1,650/3weeks---$2,000/month

** Monthly Rates are based on 28 days (4 weeks).

There is a 10% surcharge on following Holiday weeks:
New Year-Christmas

There is an 12.5% Resort Tax applied to all rentals under 6 months Rental.

There are NO Hidden Fees and NO Cleaning Fees whatsoever!!!

We offer a 10-20% discount on rentals made under 30 days prior to arrival time--based on availability.

We accept    Credit Cards.

Due to continued increases upon us by the credit card industry, and to keep our rates reasonable, we now must charge 3% on all credit card transactions above $1000.00.
(May we suggest you make the deposit on credit card at no charge and your payment by check)
As a courtesy, we will apply any charges made (to your deposit), as a credit toward any future rental you do with us up to a Year Maximum.

Check-in Time is:  3:00PM-------Check-out Time is:  10:00AM

There is a $150.00 Security Deposit ($300.00 for 3-bedroom Homes) needed to reserve each unit. This deposit is fully refundable, and will be credited to your credit card or check sent to you (if paid by check) within 15 days after your departure time.

   charges will apply to your deposit:

Besides our 2 bedroom condos, we also have a lovely 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Home at Ventura Country Club. This lovely home has everything imaginable including a 2-car Garage, Loft, over-sized screened-in Patio facing the Fairway, plus all of the amenities mentioned above.  It sleeps 6-8 people and rates are 25-30% above our Condo rates.
