Accommodations:

This two story vacation chalet, sleeps 12 people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms.
Five separate sleeping areas. The chalet is completely furnished including bath
towels, linens, blankets, pillows & bedspreads. Tenants need to bring their
own personal items, such as paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap, washing machine
detergent, etc.

 

1 King bed, 2 Double beds, 4 Single bed and 1 Queen Sofabed.

Rental Rates:

WINTER / SPRING SEASONS

Weekly.... $1,400 + city tax.

Weekend.... $525 + city tax.

Weekend (3) Nights.... $700 + city tax.

Each additional night....$175 + city tax.

RATE EXCEPTION:
Christmas & News Years weeks, rent by the week, seven (7) nights at ....$2,400 + city room taxes.

SUMMER / FALL SEASONS

Weekly.... $1,300 + city tax.

Weekend.... $525 + city tax.

Weekend (3) Nights.... $700 + city tax.

Each additional night....$175 + city tax.

(Rates subject to change without notice)

Maximum number of people is twelve (12)

Maximum number of cars parked on premises is five (5)

Add $25 per day per pet + city tax, two (2) pet limit per rental period

All rates subject to an additional 10% + $1.50 per day city taxes.

The reservation/security deposit of $300 is required with all rentals.
To receive a full refund of the security deposit: Renters are required to do their own kitchen
cleaning on the last day of their occupancy; dispose of any litter brought into the home;
empty all waste baskets; place all refuse in the Green Bear Bins located at the front of
the driveway; wash all dishes, pots, pans, glasses, & silverware; clean out the
refrigerator; wipe down the stove top, ovens, counters and floor. Cleaning agents and
equipment are supplied. Renters check out time is 10:30 AM and Check in time 3:30 PM.
